Long time Tahoe owner, new to thread. original owner of 2002 Tahoe Z71. I've seen threads about the rear wiper arm skipping when fog lamps turned on. Neither fog lights or rear wiper work at all. All fuses good and replaced relay, switch and bulbs. No indicator light at switch. The rear wiper fluid pump operators fine. At a loss. Any advice or recommendations are greatly appreciated. rear defroster seems fine.

Oh nice. Time to chase some rats! Seriously, it could be rodents chewing on wires. If you live in the country and park outside at night then you're truck is a rodent target. Especially if you leave snacks or trash in it. There's a video on YouTube of a guy going thru and pointing out all the common points of failure with the different ground wires on these trucks. Good info.

Ground strap that I always thought should get replaced right away is the one from the back of the block to the firewall. The rest of them could also stand an upgrade. Or at least maintenance.
In the winter where I am these days I keep the YXL empty, the glove box open, zero crumbs anywhere, spotless carpet, and often crack a window. The mice did check it out one time before I started the protocol. Nothing since. I would suggest the minute the mice appear that you shampoo the carpets and make it as inhospitable as possible.
