before deciding to go white underneath i paint matched the center link, front sway bar, trans mount, engine crossmember. horrible pic to much light in the booth

the rough country tie rod sleeves would not fit the new moog inner and outer tie rods a little lathe persuasion was required

pulled rear end to clean up and removed shafts to replace backing plates

Kind of odd to me but the new z71 springs are shorten then the factory denali springs but z71 springs are much stiffer, escpecially considering the air ride had been bad for a few years.
got new shafts back in, spray bombed new z71 springs and calipers with new pads and rotors and speed bleeders. Also got stainless braided hoses on and new copper line run along axle

Odd, my denali springs were definitely shorter than my moog z71 replacements.

odd they are moog 81069 which i believe are z71 ordered from summit

the moog are little bigger in diameter i believe that is part of there "problem solver" upgrade over gm
