This one line reminded me of an awesome joke I heard in a movie decades ago:

A guy is walking through Mexico...

When he comes up on a Mexican man taking a siesta with his donkey tied next to him. "Excuse me," the man says "Do you know the time?"
The Mexican man looks up sleepily, grabs his donkey by the balls, and slowly raises them up as if weighing them. "Eet's about one turty."
Confused, but in a rush, the man thanks him and goes on his way.
Later in the day, the man is returning on the same route and sees the same Mexican in the same spot with the donkey still tied up.
"Excuse me," he says, "Do you know the time?"
Again, the Mexican grabs his donkey by the balls, raises them up and says "Eet's seex feefteen."
"Okay... okay. How can you tell the time that way?" The stranger asks in bewilderment.
Once more the Mexican grabs the donkey's balls, lifts them up, points and says "You see that clocktower way over there?"

1,000 internetz to anyone that knows the movie.
It’s Cheech and Chong but don’t know the movie, Up In Smoke?

Damn P0128 done got my asss, coolant isn’t getting above 150* so I need to go get a TPMS sensor and make a restrictor this week. I guess because the first trip I was towing and it was 70* it got warm enough not to trip that code but today during short runs around town it finally popped on

You could temporarily use something like a couple of steel straps with two bolts or cable ties to squish it a little or a lot. As a sort of MacGyver test.

I think I'll put a hose clamp on it and tighten it down a bunch until I get time this weekend to cut the TPMS sensor up and install that.

Tonight I'm starting aluminum Tig welding and I want to get right to stuff I care about since I just spent 14 miserable weeks on stick welding so, I just ordered 3' of 4" OD .070 wall tubing to cut into pie cuts and make an intake tube for the Tahoe. Although my CAI tube is just fine it has a notch cut into it where it is designed to clear the factory clutch fan shroud. The notch is ugly and looks to me that it could Plausably restrict a little flow, probably not enough to lose power but like I said it's ugly. I think a pie cut intake tube polished up all purty and made by me would be sweet.

If anyone has a lead on a good program to get the pie cut measurements that would be sweet to find. Also I've never tried to polish bare aluminum to a high shine finish, if anyone has a list of supplies I need and a technique to use I'm all ears!

Scored a nice win tonight against the 2018ish C300 Benz that I have been trying to line up against for a few months now. In his typical D bag fashion he was weaving through traffic behind me only to get caught at the same light I did. He was obviously eager to blast past me when the light turned green because he was inching forward every second or so nosing far past the stop line. With his windows down and vape firmly in his grasp the lights turned green and I first gear treed his ass good with a quick clutch slip then throttle stab! The Tahoe leaped out in front and although He tried to catch up I luckily got clean 6,800rpm shifts and the gap widened up to about 3 car lengths. At 90ish I let out and give him the chopped fingers and he slowed down enough that I made the next light and he didn’t.

I’m hoping he returns for more and I can pull off the same win back to back. It’s difficult to muscle this thang into gear but if it clicks and sticks it’s a blast!
