Did a little touch up welding to my mid pipes. The mig welds were okay but looked ugly and were lumpy so I took my tig torch and burned it all smooth with a nice weave pattern. Also welded the new bung in and closed off the old one.
I need you to come tig up a bung for me big fella...but really, on the avalanche. That would be nice.

Great looking welds dude. You've came such a long way!

Trying to follow along here, I don't have a graph with any narrowband input, I have one with wideband data tho. I should replace the wideband with the "Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 1 or 2" and use it exactly as I would the wideband info by cross referencing the data with the VE table and making adjustments but only in the idle/part throttle cruise areas.

Here's how I set up the graphs. Can't go test because the truck has no exhaust right now.
you need to set up the "maths" to make the wideband an "eq ratio error"
That's how mine is set up, when you set up your wide band it should give you the 50119 number (may be diff for yours)

the formula=100 * ([50119.238] - [50118.238]) / [50118.238]
where:
100= to converter to percentage
50119.238 is commanded
50118.238 is actual measured by wideband

When I was sitting on the commode last night and saw this on my phone I didn't quite get it. Now that I see it on my laptop I realize its genius and exactly what I would expect from a man with an avatar like you have lol.

I concede that I might have rather unorthodox perceptions.

Enough of that, though. Let's hear more of your potty thoughts. Also, you should start bringing your laptop to the throne. If you sit properly, you'll have a desktop. Or a nice little shelf for your comic book and your chocolate milk... Then you got the flusher right there...

I have my wideband setup correctly its the narrow bands I don't know how to use.

Started the exhaust mods although I don’t have the x pipe to do the cutout either yet. Main goal is still a quiet almost stock sound when the cutout is closed and to eliminate the crazy drone pipes and over axle setup it was just too massive and space absorbing.

I added silencers internally to both inlets on the dynapro muffler so essentially the dual 3” necks down to about dual 2.25” then the 4” outlet necks down to single 3” and has the after pipe heading back up towards the front of the truck but dumping right out the passenger side before the RLCA. It sounds great but I might add another silencer internally to the 3” dump pipe. Not worried about restrictions because it will have a cutout very soon.

I’m still having trouble getting the Vbands at the headers to seal and I think I need to add some sort of flex pipe to the mid pipes because the entire setup is a little too ridged and I think that’s what’s causing the V bands to leak. I have the flex bits and will work on that either tomorrow or next weekend.

Strangely enough I haven’t touched the tune and it drove almost perfect to dinner and back. Definitely needs a tan more quiet tho so I ordered a cheap thrush hush without measuring anything hoping it will fit in the dump pipe side by side with the dynapro. I think it will knock the last bit of drone out of it. If it looks big and awkward I’ll get it ceramic coated black, but I think I have some space I can rotate the pipe up and take advantage of the offset in/out.
