Strangely enough I haven’t touched the tune and it drove almost perfect to dinner and back. Definitely needs a tan more quiet tho so I ordered a cheap thrush hush without measuring anything hoping it will fit in the dump pipe side by side with the dynapro. I think it will knock the last bit of drone out of it. If it looks big and awkward I’ll get it ceramic coated black, but I think I have some space I can rotate the pipe up and take advantage of the offset in/out.
I loved running those back in the day.

They are really quiet for the price and size, obviously a bit of a restriction but idc because it will have a cutout soon. I put one on an old CAT forklift at work and it made it bearable to drive again. It will be the fourth muffler in line so I expect it to be nearly silent.

Wideband appears to be reading much more accurately now that the sensor is before the leaky V-band that still leaks despite my best efforts.

The question is what am I doing wrong with the STFT histogram? It doesn't appear to be accurate data to me as it is very different from what the wideband is reading.

Cutout installed and exhaust is almost how I want it. I have one more vibrant ultra quiet laying around I think I’m gonna add it to the quiet side and attempt to make a turn out that will sit just below the frame rail. That way the minimal sound it should produce when in quiet mode will be pushed away from the truck not at the ground to reverberate. It should also help with the fuel fumes. V bands still leak which irritates me to no end but I’m gonna try a different style gasket between them and maybe it will help.

EFan relay burned up again so that try les out the fans being the problem, guess I need to find a harness or possibly a new fuse box since this one has been burned multiple times. AC is still intermittent and the compressor occasionally will make a terrible noise for 3-5seconds like it’s grinding or locking up. Might need a new compressor too.

Such is the rollercoaster of crap this thing puts me through despite my hard work. I’ll be happy when I don’t work 72hours a week anymore and I have time to focus on stuff again. Having just an hour or two a week to work on stuff is difficult.
