More liberace bling bling. Got the diff cover on as well as sway bar and endlinks. I'll post a video of how the g80 looks after a hard 500-1000miles of stick shift clutch dumping craziness.
Also found out I have a pretty bent wheel which I honestly have no idea how that happened I never curb.
And I got a new shop toy that giggled when I pointed it at the yoke nut.
Pictures are at full down travel that's why the endlinks look to high.

The worst part about all the beautiful powder coating is it makes the rest of the truck look like garbage.
Also just realized looking at the picture the sway bar looks crooked and the driver side end link looks way to long. Guess I have some tweaks to do tomorrow. Thought I had them level yesterday but maybe the suspension hadn't settled or something. Either way I'm ready to be done with the hoe for awhile.

Hey @Rocket Man and anyone else that has a sway bar with adjustment holes. Which set of holes did you decide was best and why? My current theory is keep the endlinks and bar perpendicular to each other and the bar parallel to the ground.

Got the sway bar and endlinks dialed. I can tell the front needs a bigger bar now as it feels to wallow more in tight turning maneuvers, but a front suspension revival is far off and I rarely take corners fast the rear bar was all for towing.
Also I'll post a picture of PML slim diff cover to panhard clearance.
Thought I had the air bag leak in check a few weeks ago but it's only been holding air for about 1 day or 2 no audible leaks but the bubble trick shows every connecting leaking a tiny tiny bit. I used the supplied line and barbed fittings but the barbs seem to small and the supplied spring clamps are to loose and totally non effective.
Tried tiny zip ties, and even heat shrink but had no luck. Going to try the airlift connectors posted below and see what happens. I think rubber lines would work better but then they get brittle over time. Really need the bags to hold air because after the free travel mod it squats so far the axle hits the exhaust and makes a terrible noise during a launch or hard shift. Any other suggestions are always whalecum.

So I've had a whining coming from the accessory drive for a few weeks now. Sounded just like a bad power steering pump and since the PS pump was all yucky and covered in crud I assumed it to be pretty old. It was getting bad enough that the Guard at the hospital I picked someone up at Friday came out to tell me my PS pump was dying.
Yesterday I replaced the pump and no change. Pretty irritated because it sounded exactly like every bad PS pump I've heard. Had stuff I couldn't reschedule this weekend so I decided oh well I'll get to it during the week. Well a few hours later at a red light I noticed the temp gauge climbing and the AC getting hot. Figured the water pump must be going out and making the whine.
Pulled the nearly new water pump off my silverado along with a 160*T stat and silicon lines slapped them on the hoe and of course its whining just as bad. So I did what I should have done in the first place (proper diagnostic work) and spun each pulley in the system by hand. Sure enough the idler pulley was gritty feeling and made a light squeak when spun by hand. Threw a used one I had laying around on and back in business!

Rebuilt the entire AC system because of a bad relay. Oh well should last many years to come and I learned a ton about Automotive AC systems that I didn't know before.
Also got this nifty little gas cap because the line on the original one was broken and I got sick of putting it on the bumper. Rented a newer GT mustang a few months ago and it had one of these and I fell in love with it. Gonna test it for a few weeks and if I don't get any codes then I'll likely order one for my other trucks as well.

Lol I’ve been putting my cap on the bumper ever since I got my Tahoe . It’s like part of gassing up now, yet every time I gas up I still tell myself I need to order a new cap. Maybe this will be the cap I’ll finally order .

Only filled up with it once and so far so good. I was afraid it would be at an awkward angle and be hard to get it in the hole or something. Fortunately it's easy peasy and not a bad price at $20
