I dont know....I want to redo the entire hot side, with some up and forward headers so I can slam a 5"dp out of the engine bay, position the turbo to suck in some air other than right behind the radiator

I dont think ill get much more out of this turbo power wise, but prob make it breath a lot better.

Huh, I'm not sure your current turbo would be a good fit for a wore out lq4 that only wants 6-10psi, probably take awhile to spool. But IDK shit about turbos TBH. What down pipe do you have now 4" or 3.5"? I do know I want a bigger DP than 3" to keep EGT low on long towing grades, pretty sure Rick always specs T6s for towing.

You gotta lick it before you stick it.

It's hard to lick with a mask on.

4"dp, but you get to make all the faces without them knowing under your mask

Well well next problem has risen, actually something it's had for a while but I assumed was worn suspension parts that have now all been replaced.......

The symptom is as follows: Driving over 45mph on a straight and smooth road 5th gear and let's say cruising throttle maybe 20% all is well. As soon as I lift off the throttle leaving the truck in gear it seems to push over to the left. If after I left out I then apply the throttle the truck will push to the right. Both are dramatic enough to need steering input to correct.

At first, I assumed it was the busted ball joints/steering arms however, since replacing them all I think it may have gotten worse. There is literally no steering arm, spring, shock, joint, or bushing that hasn't been replaced in the last 365 days except for motor mounts which don't appear to have any abnormal flex.

Totally spitballing but maybe the G80 doesn't like the sudden application or revocation of power and it's pushing the truck one way or the other?

Gotta be something like that. You’re 2WD, right?

Yep, which kinda eliminates the bad alignment from causing torque steer. This was a minor issue before the front end rebuild so I don't think its alignment related anyway. I did some more testing of it this morning and it pulls left when letting off the throttle and right when applying throttle, also more noticeable above 55-60mpg.

Motor mounts would do that, even though I know you said you checked them

That keeps bouncing around in my head since it's the only thing I haven't replaced. I visually inspected them and I don't have any of the common symptoms like header clearance issues but I have not watched the engine while someone revs it. That will probably be tonight's investigative work.
