I didn't think my ac parts were coming for a few days cause they only shipped yesterday. when I ordered @pwtr02ss led bulbs I figured I wouldn't have front end back together till weekend atleast so I didn't 1day ship and let the few things all get delivered Friday.
Ac fittings came today, I finished up making lines, got it charged up. The cabin wants more freon to get colder and the chiller wants less freon to make a2w colder :( so kinda in the middle. Cabin fan wide open temps are like 60* and chiller temp coolant is 46*. If I lower fan speed for cabin temp will drop into 50s tho so I'll prob live, this with outside temp about 90.
The fitting sends the lowside way out front...if it does shred the belt it'll prob mess the fitting up but o well.
also moved the powersteering/hydroboost pump bump behind the crashbar and threw the smaller a2w tank bank in behind the headlight, im thinking that little daviscraig pump didnt like not having a lot of water at the inlet (cavitating). having a little bit of reserve also helps with the short trips jumping in and out, as soon as the flow stops intercooler starts heating whatever fluid is in intercooler up, with no reserve chiller has to work hard to bring it back down. where with the reserve it has enough that keeps chilled to flush through and get the temp knocked back down faster

I need to clean up all the burnt rubber from the last ac compressors clutch. It disintegrated and threw sticky black rubber shit everywhere :(

Prob leave bumper off till tomorrow and led bulbs get here before putting it all back together. Need to find some more of the trim screws also, I keep losing them, or using them in other places
