Hey guys, first time posting here. Ive read through most of the posts and cant seem to find any solution to my problem. I live in Maine and have a steep driveway which currently is all ice. I get stuck all the time. One rear wheel will spin when traction control is off. If traction control is on it will spin then sounds like the ABS kicks on and makes the ABS noise under my feet and im still stuck. No power at all going to the front tires. If I put the vehicle in Neutral and press 4 Low, I hear a click and only at that point do I have power to the front tires and can get up my driveway. I have replaced both front wheel speed sensors. Not sure what else to try. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

What year truck you driving? I know this is a dumb question, but are you sure you have an AWD tahoe and not a 4x4?

It's a 2004. Yeah it's definitely all-wheel drive rather than 4x4. It only has the three buttons top one is traction control middle one is regular and bottom is four low

It’s not a true AWD then, because full time AWD does not have a selectable transfer case. It’s just in AWD all the time, such is the case with my 2006 xl Denali. There’s no controls for it.

if you need to get up the hill just pull the abs fuse, she'll go up then, dash lights will come on, nothing to worry about just put fuse back and carry on.

I just went out and tried that and the ABS doesn't kick on but the rear tire just spins really fast still no power to front tires unless I put it in 4low
