Hello, I know this is a Tahoe forum, but I thought there would be more knowledge on this forum than the truck forums. I have a 2004 Silverado and I want to convert the front end to a 1999-02 front end. I got the truck for free or I would just buy a 99-02. I just want the challenge of customizing my truck. It seems to me if you can convert a 99-02 to an 03-06 then it could be done. I just want to make sure before I go spend a lot of money only to find it won't work. Thanks for all your knowledge!

Yea it will work. Just have to swap the WHOLE front clip. Hood, fenders, grille, bumper, and corresponding support pieces underneath.
If I were you, I would keep your front end and go with a 05-06 hood.
