I have a 2004 Yukon that was not driveable. The information center said stability system disabled reduced engine power. The throttle body and tps were both replaced already. The new wiring from the tps had wire connectors I removed them soldered and heat shrunk the harness and now the problem seems to be gone. I hope this helps those of you that have this issue.

Mine started doing that, I changed out the front hubs, it took me roughly 1.5 hours(Im not a mechanic) and cost $100.

The speed sensors in one of them had gone bad. The truck thought maybe there was an out of control issue or something, and it was pulling power and applying the brakes. ----

I did not see you had resolved it, my bad!
