hello i have a 2004 z71 suburban that has been stalling i got it last summer and it stalled a few times then fall came pretty quick and it didnt stall at all all fall winter or spring now that its summer again its stalling every day no codes. i put a 160 slp thermostat in to try to bring the temps down (they were normal 190-205f) but its still stalling mostly during a long drive or sitting in the drive thru and it starts right back up i dont even stop driving just put it in N and start it and keep on going. i noticed the ecm says reman on it and it gets really hot it had a blast of hot air from the cooling fan blowing directly on it so i made a aluminum foil curtian to block the hot air its seems to help a bit but its still stalling. can anybody help me with this i have 8 kids and this is our only ride.
