2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali New Aftermarket Radio (ATOTO F7) no sound

Hey guys, so i am facing a problem with my radio right now. It turns on, carplay is working the way it should but there is no sound. I try to play some music and there is nothing. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Title says ‘ new ‘ aftermarket radio. So, new as in, just installed and you can’t get it to work or, was it working before and then stopped working ?

Did the truck have Bose sound system originally?

im not using any interface for the steering wheel controls. But I was think about it. there was this harness kit for like 90 bucks on amazon.
