So I think my shocks are shot. I typically haul around a heavy load in the back.

What are some upgrade I can do? I am going to do Bilstein 5100s this time.

Any upgrades to the coils I can do?

Z71 springs from rock auto, maybe 1/2-1" rear lift just varies on the vehicle. Air Lift 1000 bags and do some keys while your at it with those 5100s.

If I do go with Z71 springs. Do I need to get the Bilsteins for the 1"-3" lift?

If you key the front too, yes.

This is just the rear. They offer both types for the rear too. Obviously I know to get the 0" lift if I stick with stock coils. I am just wondering if I go with Z71 coils, if I should go with the 1" - 3" lift 5100s

It is not necessary for the z71 springs only. z71 equipped trucks get the same part number shock as non z71 trucks.

That being said I'd probably do it anyways.

when you say heavy load can be more specific because ive hauled on many occasions roughly 1600lbs and some change worth brick from home depot with no problems
an easy way to tell if your shocks are shot is when ever you go over a bump the suspension keeps rebounding also on highspeed corners you get excessive body roll instead of the vehicle staying level with the road
