Okay im new to this so how do i do that
You pulling up an old thread is a good thing because it shows you were actually trying to research, search, and help learn about your issue. Some times that's the best, but this could be several different things, and it will be specific to your situation. At idle, your engine is only producing a small amount of heat, driving produces more. If your radiator is restricted, it will only have a certain cooling capacity and coolant temp rises. Just put in a new radiator.
Cooling fans tend to be an issue when idling/traffic rather than going down the road.
