First off I seen plastic on front drive shaft caps .
Might not ever been changed .. other then that what else is next thing cause noise in frontend ?? Axles ? 187,000 miles on it .
I changed front bearings and did brakes .
It has 4:10 gears

Noise is just above 50 mpg its a noise like bearing starting to going out .. if it's in 2 wheel still does it . ( Does the front drive shaft spins in 2 wheel drive ? ) I'm only guessing it's front CV axles but all boots are in good shape .

If it is a rotational noise then that narrows it down.

Can you hear it only at 50 mph?

Jack up the front and spin the tires by hand to see if you hear it?

Did you use good bearings?

Do the CV axles leak? Boots might be good but seals can go bad.

Front shaft should not spin in 2WD.

Used moog front bearing ... Ya it was tires I'm going rotate them and put 44-48 psi in them seem best .. ya 50 mpg they were noisiest at 40 psi lol don't know why. Must be how fronts wearing them . I'm still keeping eye CV joints slop.. one's original and one's been changed. No leaking boots.. now I know why the front drive shaft is original the plastic still there probably spent most of its time just sitting there. I need to take closer look at rear drive shaft there always good from strange vibrations .
