I finished front new kyb shocks and new. MO OG hubs. And all AC Delco professional semi metallic brakes and new rotor. $741 bucks later . wow really quieted everything down . even in 4x4 and rides nice . after all that work took about 12 hours .. I only guess it be $2000 at gm garage . has anyone else notice how the old ceramic pads turn the rotors blue . both of mine I replaced were blue tinted in front and super rough lots of pad left. But replaced them with semi metallic.

Blued metal means they saw extreme heat. Either you were dragging pads or you need to modify your driving style. Not normal.

It was guy that own it before me . They were blue when I got it.. I think a lot city driving soccer mom style driving .. Brake riding .. Might of got cooked few times . Brake lining just fell off parking brake horse shoe band.[emoji15][emoji21] need order rear brakes next . ya rear one side was broke parking brake lining and dragging. Other side wasn't even touching it was rusty.
At some point pads might have been rusted in place also . lol.
