2007 2wd 3.5" RC UCAs/UCA pockets/alignment

@Bowtied Hey man were you able to cut your droop stops without taking everything apart? I have the RC upper control arms with a 2.5 inch spacer and my upper arm is kissing that droop stop. Thinking about cutting it out with a cutoff wheel

Hey Dustin - yeah I had the shop do it a few days after we were talking on here. It was a night and day difference, my shocks actually had travel in the front and the handling wasn't near as squirrely upfront. I'd say do it, I wasn't there more than 15 or 20 minutes at the shop. Made all the difference in the world - its interesting you ran into the same issue, it has to be the beefy RC UCA's.

I literally have the same issue lol I was so disappointed when I finished putting the kit on last night! My UCAs are smack dab on the droop stops smh I love the look of the 3.5 kit but I feel like it’s so misleading if you really can’t run it at even 3”! I’m not sure I really want to cut my stops. But I don’t want a smaller spacer because what would be the point of spending money on a 3.5” kit lol
