Meh, I will be the naysayer here and say just drive it and maybe flush the fluids (if there due), I have let vehicles sit before never had a issue, if you had disconnected that battery when you parked it then it might have started the truck also. the shelf life of a 12v car battery just sitting is 3-5 years, they say gas starts to degrade after 3-6 months but that doesn't make it completely unusable. being it is 2007 it's not like a 1980's vehicle, not many vacuum lines to rot, everything is sealed up pretty good.

Will try to post a pic this holiday weekend.

Topped off the tank to full with Costco 87 oct gas yesterday ( $3.21 gal here north of Seattle )

The trans fluid level is fine and color looks good. Was 1st drive yesterday ( 20 mile round trip ) drives perfect.

Getting an error code for tire inflation system and the check eng lite is illuminated on the dash warning ( not sure if those 2 are related )

Will try to scan next few dates to see what error codes are present.

Brakes appear to function 100% normal. Will add my 2nd can of Berrimans today since gas tank is now full.

the tpms sensors only last about 10 years, you could try a relearn but I bet one or more have gone dead a tire shop can replace them
the cel would be unrelated to that, cel lights are almost always emissions related so could be the evap system, maf etc,
hopefully some critter didn't get up in there and chew on some wires.

I would have put 93 octane.

Buy a Lotto ticket!

Yea I feel like I avoided a big / expensive mess.

I was shocked when it roared to life in a split second and idled smooth and no rattles or smoke from exhaust or misfires etc etc ...
