Yes, 3.73. Most came with that. I been looking for one like that. Up here in Mich they seem to be all rotted out......

I know most are tore up or not optioned correctly. Been looking for a clean one for a few Months. Finally found it.

Wow! Looks very clean for the mileage and you couldn’t tell by looking at her!

GS3/GT4=3.73 or GT5/GT8=4.10

You can see it was really taken care of. Surprisingly it’s from Massachusetts & there is very little surface rust on the frame. Was looking for less miles but for the age it’s to be expected.

I got the 2500 because the deal was just to good to pass up. Trucks extremely clean , 3 owner good carfax and a normal price. All that equals “buy immediately”

I tow occasionally but nothing crazy

Not sure about the 3.73 or 4.10 gears. How do I know ? What’s more desirable?

You can select 2 , Auto , 4

I think those 2007s should have a 2-speed transfer case with neutral also. With 3.73 gears they are rated to tow 7400 pounds and a GCWR of 14K pounds. 4.10s takes them up to 9400 and 16K pounds and 1410 u-joints.

All of your options and things about your truck are on the RPO sheet in the glovebox. You can email or chat with GM and they'll send you a breakdown about what each means if you send them the VIN.

Are these numbers correct....?
I know the 2001-2006 w/8.1L were rated up to 14k....and the limiting factor on the 2007-2013 was the hitch rating..... plus no more big block after ‘06....

Truck is in amazing shape for its age. Really for any age. Including the interior. Only thing I would do is freshen up the driver's side seat bottom and lose the fake wood grain.

Not really sure what direction id like to go with the truck. I kind of like the clean stock look of it now. Maybe some more aggressive tires. Guys sending me the original mirrors and Im probably going to put those back on .

Do the tow mirrors that are on it power fold or are they manual?
