Keeps blowing the O2 sensor fuse.

Replaced the upstream o2 sensors and did some wiring repair on the driver side near the transmission.

Guess Im gonna have to put it back on the rack Monday and have another look at the wiring on the pass side.

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Eddie, you need a Tech2 to properly work on these things. It will tell you why the O2 sensor is failing and the shop manual will give you the wiring harness and everything else. It's more important than a wrench. A basic scan tool might give you the right code as to why they're failing. My guess is wiring but where and why?
