Hey guys I got a 2007 Tahoe SSV. The wiring was cut for the toys before the vehicle was sold. My question is the fog lights were removed and I wanted to install new ones however I don't know what wires I am looking for to tap into the oem Factory wires. The truck has the fog light push button and I can see some wires underneath the truck so I know it had them before. What color wires should I be looking for so that I can install these fog lights? Are both the left and right the same color wires? Thanks for the help!

Try looking at the fuse map in the fuse box. If there's fuse or relay for fog lights you could trace the wire coming out of the box. Or, you could just run a new wire to them. Plenty of aftermarket options for running fog lights. If you still have the switch on the dash for them then it's likely you can chase the wiring down.

I would have to see a picture, I tried this with my new 2014 Tahoe SSV and found that the wire that went from the switch to the bcm was not in the harness, when I traced it to the underwood fuse panel the jumper spot was being used for one of the SEO options. Now I know there may be a difference between the years. The color wire from the underhood fuse block to the fogs is purple, then it has a black ground wire next to it. Those wires might possibly be the SEO option from Kerr industries for the siren/grill lamp extension wiring. They are blue, yellow, green and some other color. Google 2007 Tahoe SSV upfitter guide.
