2007 Yukon Denali Front differential

I just rebuilt my front differential and cant seem to get it back in. Is there a trick anyone can help me out with?

They are kind of a pain to get back in. Need to sort of roll it into the opening and roll it in to position. Having an extra set of arms definitely helps. Doing it by yourself is doable but be prepared to come out bruised and sore.

I've been trying that and it gets hung up on the steering rack. Terrible design.

If you haven’t already, take the mounting bolts out of the steering rack and strap it up a little so it’s out of the way.

Welcome from Florida Michael, what parts did you replace? Did you use any specialized tools?
