Well it's hard to tell you if it's hooked up right from that picture there are so many other places in the wiring that could be wrong.

Alright thanks so everything looked correctly wired?

Kind of. It looks like the top two speaker terminal have just one wire going to them? Also, the bottom terminal have both side of the double stranded wire going to one terminal each. Is that to make up for a thinner gauge wire than you wanted?
It will need some cleaning up also but I know you already plan on that.

I honestly have no clue it was already pre-wired so I just plugged the old wires in I'm taking it to the shop to just have them do it instead that way it'll be right

Haha no atleast I don't think so

Yeah that is your best bet Reg since the pics can only tell a certain amount.
You may have shorted the remote or power wire when you made the switch if you were not careful to make sure they did not touch the ground, or the body of the car. If that is the case, you have a fuse or two blown somewhere.

Also, since you guys have differing standpoints on a potential rivalry, the first one with 28s and a 3/5 drop wins lol.

Hmm alright I'm sure the shop could figure all of that out right?
Think I want to go to MIT to learn all of this and be my own shop.
And haha good one!

Yes the shop will definitely know which of those is presenting you with a problem if it is one of them.
