2008 Tahoe 5.3L Flex P0300 Help

where did the lifters come from? I've seen a few threads about having to do the job twice and it I seem to remember they didn't use oem gm or Melling lifters.

Final Update - I bit the bullet and put in a Texas Speed delete kit. I didn’t seat the cam gear properly and chewed up the cam sensor. Finally got it seated and new sensor in place. Truck runs great now. Thanks for everyone’s input and help.
