Still fighting the dash - its progressively getting worse. I haven't torn apart the dash yet. Any leads on what grounds I should be looking for other than the steel bar behind the dash? I already cleaned the one under the truck drivers side door. Anything else? Could it be a bad cluster? Other than the radio blinking also - nothing else is being affected.

Sounds like a pinched wire to ground. I had that issue in my headliner. Start with the radio and wiggle away. It hopefully will show itself. You want to do this before it burns out a component. Also pay attention to if it does it with the dash lights off as well as on.

New problems now - raining like crazy on Long Island. After gonig through a few puddles the stabilitrac light and traction control message appeared. I'm currently in limp mode and truck will only go in 2nd gear and reserve. I'm towing to the dealer tomorrow.

Well I'm on week 2 since the truck was towed into Sarant Cadillac on Long Island. Great shop by the way - I'm shocked they didn't give up yet. Still same issue - its loosing connectivity to the computer and then going into limp mode. They are thinking there is something shorting in the rear of the truck. Still searching for help if anyone out there has any ideas.

Can't believe its this complicated.
