@j91z28d1 I think the one that I bought was from Rock Auto but I've had bad experience with other Ac Delco parts from Amazon also

ahh. yeah it seems like rock auto is better. but nothing is 100%. these days.

I replaced the working oil pressure sensor on my C5 Corvette LS1 with a $17 amazon unit 13 mths and 10k miles ago. No issues.

luck of the draw I guess. I don't think there's anything someone could do wrong to shorten the life?

When I replaced my oil pressure sensor back in 2021 I just grabbed a Dorman one from the local Advance Auto. I didn't have time to wait for any shipping.




Also, a cheap Bluetooth dongle plugged into the OBD port and Torque app should show you oil pressure if you're just trying to test the dash gauge
