2009 Police Tahoe Drop

Finally installed the "Belltech 2-3/4 07 UP Tahoe" I got from Tony. I think it looks much better. My father drives it when I'm out of the country and he notices a big difference in the ease of getting in and out (had both hips replaced).

Before and after pics attached. Any comments?

Handles as good as a 2 1/2 ton truck can.

It has a gigantic rear swaybar (cop spec?) so it never had any body roll. Then again, it all may be in my head that it handles better.

Measurements to wheelwell lip:

Front: Before 34.5"
After 32 3/8"

Rear: Before 35.5"
After 32 3/4"

So yes, the rear is a bit higher still but acceptable to me

I think you're seeing the illusion of him not pulled into the driveway straight. With the front wheel pulled closer to the expansion joint than the rear, it looks more nose-heavy than it is, I'd say.
