@09tahoehybrid, how are things going with your Tahoe? Have you contacted the dealership about the reimbursement? You have the proper steps in place for this, which is talking with the dealership about what you have had happen.

Realize this post started some time ago, but had the same issue with my 2009 Tahoe. After an oil change last week my 150,000 mile Tahoe that never leaked oil...started leaking oil. Checked it out tonight after noticing quarter sized spots in the parking lot and found it to me a loose oil filter. Amazing how a simple oil change can cause so much heartache after reading this thread.

Update - Turned out to be the oil filter was not seated correctly and the drip has gone away with the next oil change. I'll chalk this one up to a lazy tech.
