What's wrong with a fast hoe?!

Sent from my ice cream sandwich!

Nothing at all!! in fact, it's awesome but the OP is looking for ways to drop a second off his 1/4 time with very little investment and that's not going to happen so I'm just being realistic about it. I'm all for making a 'hoe FAST but you better be prepared to drop some coin and have some knowledge which I know of few of you on here have :)

Amen to that. Fast is never cheap even in these trucks. I'm not a big fan of N2O for street use, but a carefully done 100-150 shot would be the cheapest way to get low 14's out of it.

so ive read that for every 100lbs u take out of the vehicle you can increase you quarter miletimeby .1 of a sec. so if its14.8 stock i remove all rear seats, muffler reasoner, roof rack, running boards and spare tire. that should be around400lbs. so at 14.4 to 14.6. theres nothing to do except a super charger? and thats 1ok im sure. ????? come on.lol

yes thats approximate. someone said they weighed 3rd row seat at 101lbs, sencondcaptain chairs prlly total about the same, so thats 200 lbs there. the tire is about 60, the running boards are about 30, the roof rack 8 and reasonater another 8 id say. so thats about 300 lbs. and whatever else i canfind inplates and plastic i can remove.lol anything im missin?

IMO....if you want fast get a corvette. You don't buy a full size SUV for speed unless you're just looking for a challenge.

What's wrong with a fast hoe?! Seems easier to add power and lots of it the only easy way to go fast in a big suv. Beefing up the drivetrain ain't cheap and the ratings for everything seems high due to weight. 1000hp rated trans good for 750 in a heavy hoe. Turbo seems to be the way to go for max power. $5k won't go far, $10k feels like a good start.
