My 2012 Malibu was having some strange electrical issues recently. Dealer said it had codes in it he's never seen before!

He checked everything, and found no problem. Decided to dielectric grease all the connectors at PCM/BCM to ensure proper contact, and let me have it.

I haven't had a problem since! With all the modules on the newer vehicles, and all the wiring, it doesn't take much to wreak havoc on the electrical system! A bad ground or poor connection will appear to be causing multiple issues! MAKE sure your dealer is using dielectric grease on your connections.....I am pretty sure my dealer mentioned a TSB mentioning this!
