2010 PPV..Spot light

Looking at a 2010 police tahoe. I see the hole is cut out for the spotlight but doesnt have it. I feel that might be an issue, how hard is it to put one in? Is there something they put in to block it when they remove it?

The handle comes off and the rod sticks into the hole and the handle bolts back on. A couple of screws mount the A-pillar mount to the A-pillar. Wire it up, Bob's your uncle!

I’ve seen block off plates too if you don’t want to run a spot light. Usually they either get crazy with black rtv or they just leave holes open. Mine had a roof hole where the light bar wiring went into the cab and was wide open. Made a block off plate and it’s been fine ever since.

Or just make one because it seems simple.
