2010 Tahoe stutter

I have a 2010 Tahoe with 118k miles and it has a stutter idle when sitting in park. Also when I'm doing 30 and try staying on that speed it has a stutter/vibration then when I push the gas lightly to get past that it jolts and shifts. Has no get up and go. Anyone have any suggestions?! TIA

No lights on at all. That's why I can't figure out what the heck is going on. Or what to try starting with.

Have you been to the dealer? My be an update for the pcm. I read somewhere that someone was giving a similar problem. Turned out that their fuel sensor was reading for e85 when they had regular gas in it and the timing was trying to adjust for e85
