So how would it be calculating the miles to E? The average mileage on the dash before I reset it was 15.9. What information is used to calculate miles to E? I would think the average mpg...obviously that is not the caseDepends on how heavy your foot is...12-18 would be the norm i would say... low end if around town, high end if mostly highway..
You dont know if previous owner reset it ever, you’ve only made short trips thus far and the more you drive the truck will actually learn your foot. Believe it or not. When my wife drives the truck its always low 12-13’s around town because she thinks you have to mash the gas pedal from a stop every time. I dont so my mikeage is closer to 15–16 around town and higher highway driving. Thus resulting in higher miles to empty...So how would it be calculating the miles to E?
