2011 escalade water pump R&R

some question the reuse of the mounting bolts? Someone on line said they are 1 time use TTY bolts is this true?

Also need accurate torque specs, are they 11 1st pass 22 second for sure?

also need torque specs for the T-stat bolts.

a new water pump should have the thermostat already installed, a new water pump will not come with new bolts so I would assume it is safe to re-use the old ones (I have)

i don't think so but you could always just buy a set, there probably a few bucks each which is pretty typical for GM

Like @Doubeleive I reuse the old bolts with no issues. What kind of bolt material TTYs at 22 lb-ft? What torque angle is used after the secondary torque setting? (That's right, none. Not TTY bolts.)

+1. They're not TTY bolts and absolutely okay to reuse. Cylinder head and harmonic balancer bolts are a different story on this engine as they are TTY bolts.
