2011 Tahoe Heated Seat Noise?

I noticed that when I have the front heated seats on there is like a fan noise almost sounds like the heat or a/c blower is on. Sometimes the fan sound is on and off and sometimes constant. Anyone else have this noise?

I don't think there is a fan for heated seats unless they incorporate it with the cooled seats.

I think the heated/cooled module/blower is all one unit. My 09 passenger side heated seat is not working and the diagnostic on it is the blower unit.
