2011 Tahoe PPV No Horn-Looking for Mr GoodHorn

If it helps, when I bought my 2014 Ford police interceptor Sedan, the horn did not work. I took it to my stereo guy. And he said he had to take the police console out. Behind that was where the wire was disconnected. It wasn't actually cut, it was just disconnected. He charged me 1 hour labor and that was it. I didn't wanna try to figure out myself.
