I was just wondering what people are thinking about what is going to happen to the Tahoe after 2012?

If it's discontinued or scaled down to more of a crossover type, what do you think happens to the value of our Tahoes as a whole? And what about the market for all of the parts we use to modify them?

It's not life changing news, but definitely something that will effect us (good or bad).

NOPE....The government and cops still need them too much. I think you may see a different body style or "nose job" but otherwise it will remain. One other thought is that the Yukon may remain and the Tahoe change completely. The Secret Service for one would go ape shit if they lost their Yukons.....would love to have one of theirs...with all the goodies left of course. Unless GM goes completely stupid they will keep the SUV line or else Ford will have the whole market. After all look how long the Crown Vic has been around with almost no changes. Dodge finally busted into the market after slitting their throat on the cost just so the cops would buy them.

Hold on to your hats....this may prove interesting.

The government owns GM, of course they're converting fleets over to Tahoes, Silverados, Caprices, and Impalas.

GM will still have their SUV line, although I don't think police forces will have as many of them in the future. Tahoes will probably turn into *****-SUV's and go to unibody, where as the Yukon and Escalade will keep a beefy frame.
