I am wondering with all the electrical items that have gone crazy at the same time if the vehicle does not have a wire shorted out somewhere that is making the whole system go haywire?
some places to check, but I would also check the that the ignition is reading the key position correctly. my 2012 has a ghost electrical handshake issue, if the battery is disconnected then of course re-connected it won't start (will not crank), has to be either disconnected again then go press the brake pedal, flip the light switch a couple times (dissipate electricity) and then go connect the battery again and she starts right up or when this happened once before I found a "security communication error" in the system with the tech2 (security light not on) cleared that error and it started right up.

Did you check the continuity within the main battery to starter wire and the battery to ground main wire with an Ohm meter? These two cables typically rot from the inside out, and while the exterior of these wires looks good, the copper within the wire has corroded. An Ohm meter will tell you quickly if these wires are an issue.

No but I did apply 12v to the starter solenoid directly and it cranks very strong. But since I’m bypassing the system there is no ignition and possibly no injectors.

I’m leaning toward a fryed Ecm or a bcm. I have not searched the harness thoroughly though but I plan to asap. Almost like ground is faulty. Although I did clean the grounds. I’m going start checking the harness.

Someone here recently had a no start issue that was related to the relay.
Ended up being no ground to the relay socket, which ended up being a bad fusebox! (There was a bubble/break on the pc board)

You might test for voltages/ground at the relay terminals next.
There are some diagrams in that thread for the '07, which should be similar if not the same.. hopefully..
