If you see a price around $400, then the fender flare is just plain black ABS plastic -> probably zero texture.
If you see a price around $800, then those fender flares have been prepared, primed and painted.
Comes with installation instructions, hardware and weather stripping.
I saw an interesting YouTube vid saying to apply protective clear vinyl to the vehicle body before putting the flares on; doing so will prevent scratches to the original paint and body. I'm going to, seems like a pretty simple extra few steps to help protect the paint job.
I currently have these EGR fender flares being primed and painted black to match my Tahoe at a local shop here in Maine. As per state law, we must have fender flares if wheels extend outward...so, hoping these do enough and don't look horrible.
I have to say, I am a little worried about the overall appearance and install, since I have the z71 front bumper fascia.
I have done a considerable amount of research and these are the best fender flare options I think exist for our 2015+ SUVs. If you check out SCA Performance Lifts, they have fabricated their own fender flares and look great IMO. However, I have spoken w/their sales and will NOT sell individual pieces. To get their flares you have to purchase their entire "upgrade" package.

There are several options that will pop up under some searches, but those are VERY universal fitting flares.
Will try to remember to post pictures up on this thread once I get mine installed.
Safe Travels!
