2015 Suburban Mylink Problems

I am having problems with the infotainment system on this SUV. It won’t load CDs or DVDs. You put them in and it just keeps thinking. I also can’t get the rear seat entertainment system to turn on. I’ve tried a USB to see if that would get it going but it doesn’t. Any and all help is appreciated.

The RSE could be the ribbon cable that can be found elsewhere on this forum.

The DVD's and CD's? Are they commercial or did you burn them?
