It would appear that the Tahoe in this video was already equipped with factory optional equipment retractable & turn signal enabled side mirrors and this was just a after market replacement...

I know you can buy the replacement switch for the powerfold switch on the driver door but need to program the turn signal and light underneath unless you hard wire them

If I'm not mistaken the Z71 package for 2005 was pretty much fully loaded, where as on the 2016s the LT package is in the middle of the lineup for trim packages and options. So it doesn't surprise me that your 2016 doesn't have the power fold and turn signal.
