2015 wheels on 2004

So I put the new take offs on two days ago. pumped up tires to 35 (the 2015 tahoe recommended tire pressure setting). They run nice.

I finally got the 'tire sensor replace' or something similar code to come up. But there did not seem to be any beeping or bells. Is there anything else that happens? or does this code just occasionally light up?

I think I will eventually bite the bullet and get them, but for now... If i could sell 2015s sensors, it would be nice and offset the cost.
