2016 Yukon Denali, heated seat when auto start is toggled on in settings though it’s not working. I’ve toggled it off and on a few times now. Tested it by starting the vehicle letting it warm up and after the 10 min shut off, remotely starting it again, sitting in the seat and does not warm up until I push the ignition button and headed seat button then give it 10-15 min more. Then it starts heating. Any ideas or services bulletins?

I thought mine weren't working either until recently. Every time I tried them, I could not notice any difference. But recently it was a bit colder out (<50 degrees) and when I remote started, I made sure to give it a good 7-8 minutes of running before I climbed in. Sure enough, all 4 seats were definitely warmer than the side seat bolsters. Either I wasnt giving it enough time or it wasnt cold enough for them to activate.

does the high speed defroster turn on? (this only works with autostart only) once the key is inserted and turned to run the high speed defrost is disabled and then the heater returns to the last setting it was on when the vehicle was turned off

Yeah I’ve given it up to 20 min with no difference, though maybe it wasn’t cold enough outside too. But when it got down to 10°f and no difference pretty sure it’s not working.
