I agree the GM wheels are pricey, but the factory (GM) wheels are much higher quality. If you live in the rust belt of America it’s obvious to see. Aftermarket wheels corrode and shed the clear coat, whereas the factory wheels stand up much better to corrosion. I had 22” ‘Snowflake’ wheels purchased with my 2015 Tahoe and kept them two vehicles up to my 2019 Yukon Denali. 5 years and no corrosion. I live in North Dakota and lots of salt on the roads in winter. Regular car washes and wipe-down of the chrome wheels and they still looked perfect when I traded in my last Denali. The wheels were 5 years old, and perfect.100% agree that the price that GM/Dealer charges on those rims are overpriced. Def way better options with other 3rd party vendors.
Whenever my order gets picked up (supposedly January now) I have a couple 22s picked out and going to try to swap out the stock 22s for some 20s to use for the winter months of Michigan.
