I purchased a Z71 4 wheel drive 2023 it has 2800 miles P0202 & P0302 injector took a shit took it premier chevrolet in carlsbad original y where we purchased the suv service writer said I cannot get a claim number within 24 hours bs I called 1900 customer service and got a case # how hard is that now I’m waiting for a response of minimum 2 days they said at the dealer it will be weeks or months to get an injector national back order will see what happens keep you in the loop

Lazy service advisor made him put in the legwork to get a case number for his faulty injectors. They're on national backorder so he's in limbo for weeks, possibly months and he will update us when he has news.
