Checking out a neighbors 2025 Yukon Denali and found that you can display some of the gauges in a numeric value to include Engine Oil Temperature and the Hours are listed as both Total and Idle hours. The ability to monitor the Engine Oil Temperature will be a great feature to be able to track if the engine oil is getting warm enough during shorter trips in colder temperatures. Some owners may see how long it takes to warm the oil up in these engines.

The picture of the vehicle has 7 miles, so very few drive miles as of yet.

How did you get it to display the screen showing trip/engine hours? When I tap the "Guages" option, it displays the oil/coolant temp screen.

This is my neighbors truck, I did not set it up, but I think you can configure different gauges/trip info to be displayed. But notice the header is Trip for the trip info vs Gauges for gauges that are displayed.

I was surprised to see not only the Oil Temp is actually degress rather than a bar graph, but all the other values were displayed numerically as well along with the bar graph. Too bad the pre 2025 vehicles did not have this option.

You should be able to go and select info icon on main screen, now select vehicle status, and finally select trip to pull up trip and fuel economy information. You can make a quick shortcut of the trip and have it added on the top of main screen by holding and dragging it to the top like on your iPad or iPhone.

I think I found a YouTube tutorial on how to do it that helped me with this and also the My Chevrolet or My GMC app has a section under the help button at the top of the page that you select and then go down to and select “How It Works” which brings up a lot videos by GM and OnStar for user tutorials. I hope this helps.
