2025 Tahoe premier

I have. 2025 Tahoe premier with screens on back of front seat. In main menu I enter entertainment app. It prompts to review and accept terms on bottom of screen. To right , button to view terms. I click and it spins for a few seconds and goes back to same screen. Why can’t I view terms ?
