Has anyone here used a 220amp alternator from a 2015 or newer 2500/3500 gm truck with a 6.0 gas engine Part number 84143539, on 2007-2014 5.3?
A while back I read on this site about someone using one with a overdrive pulley but now matter how i search for it i can't find that or anyone else doing it. The alternator in our burb and the one from the parts truck both have squeaky bearings which are annoying so I gotta buy a new one soon.
