Yeah I think it would be wise to stick a 4L80E behind all that. A mildly built 4L60E aint gonna last a fruitful life behind that LQ9 with goodies.The new engine package is:
LQ9 with forged internals 10:1 CR
BTR cam, valve springs, SS valves
Ported and Polished heads
Manguson TVS2300 @ 6 or 8 psi.

I'm jealous! If you want to, you can upgrade the stock 3-4 pinion planet from the 246 to a 6 pinion planet, just for the hell of it, can be found under $100The new engine package is:
